CLIENT GUIDELINES

 


Please have ALL necessary consent forms completed and submitted prior to your arrival.
You can find these on our Consent Forms page.

  1. Please arrive at the exact time of your appointments. By all means, please don't be late! But if you show up early we may be utilizing those last few moments before the start of your appointment to eat, drink, use the restroom or stretch our bodies. (Please see Late Arrival Policy below.)

  2. Please arrive to all lash and brow appointments makeup-free with clean, clean lashes and brows....free of any oils and/or makeup residues (mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, powders, etc.) and ready to be treated. *If your lashes and brows are not completely, deeply cleaned when you arrive you will be asked to wash your lashes and brows in the restroom. The use of that time will then be deducted from the alotted time for your treatment, therefore leaving you unable to receive the full scheduled treatment. (If you're unable to properly cleanse your lashes and there is a need for your lash artist to cleanse them for you, you will be charged a $15 Lash Bath fee.)

  3. Prepare with knowledge of your after-care. For most of our services, you will not be able to get your lashes or brows wet for 24 hours after the completion of your treatment, so we advise that you shower (wash your face and, if needed, wash your hair) prior to your arrival. (Please see After-Care Instructions in the menu.)

  4. Avoid caffeine prior to your appointments. This prevents your eyes from fluttering, jittering, shaking or having the inability to keep your body still during the service.

  5. We kindly ask that we keep the talking to a minimum during your treatments, as well as silencing all phone calls. Taking phone calls during your treatments is not permitted. We pride ourselves in providing a calm, quiet and soothing setting for our guests. We enjoy getting to know you, which we can still do before and/or after the treatment, but talking can prohibit the ability for you to keep still for the duration of your treatments. Limiting our conversations allow us to provide you with our very best work - to its full potential, and finish our services on time, as well as helping us keep the studio quiet for others who are receiving treatments who are also wanting to relax. (*Talking also makes your eyes water, flutter, and even cause the eye tape and eye gel pads to move upwards into your eyes therefore causing eye irritations.) Keep in mind that you're still more than welcome to ask any questions about the treatment at any time.

  6. Lash naps are always welcomed! Dress comfortably and bring a blanket from home, if you'd like - our studio can get chilly. This is your time to relax. Feel free to bring a pair of headphones with you to listen to an audiobook, podcast or your own music, other than what we're playing in our studio.

LATE ARRIVALS

All of our appointments allow the appropriate amount of time we need to complete each service. Please note, if you arrive late it limits our ability to perform each service to its full potential. Late arrivals will still be charged the full appointment time regardless of the time remaining. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be charged.

Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services, we do not allow guests to accompany you during your service(s).

CHILDREN & PETS

For safety and sanitary reasons, please do not bring children or pets to your appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS. We try to ensure that our studio has a calm environment for both the benefit of our clients as well as our focused lash and brow artists. We are unable to supervise children and pets during your services. ​If you are unable to find a sitter for your children your appointment WILL need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

If there is a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require that you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. For all no-shows or cancellations that are made within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service appointment. For all cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a fee which will be equal to 50% of the service appointment. This will also be noted on your file. After a second time of no-shows and/or last minute cancellations we will no longer be able to take you as a client.

AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to find any availability during normal business hours and need an appointment outside of our normal hours of business, you may request an After-Hours Appointment by contacting us through our phone number or email address at vinebeautystudio@gmail.com. A fee of $45 per hour will be added onto your service amount total for appointments scheduled before or after a normal working day. For any appointments scheduled on a day that we are normally closed for will be charged a fee of $100. Please also keep in mind that we are not able to accept all after-hour requests.

REFUNDS

There are absolutely no refunds on retail items or on services that have been rendered. All sales are final. No exceptions. Our lash and brow artists are very well-trained and highly skilled in each and every service they perform. Should you ever experience any issues with any of your services please reach out to your artist immediately, within 72 hours after the service has been performed so that we may resolve your issue to your satisfaction. We want nothing more than for you to be completely satisfied with our artistry and our work.
